Order Tracking
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
All orders are shipped for free directly from our factory in the UK within 20 Days.
Pre-order and back-orderen items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Jolie Customer Service to track your order.
