In-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
Orders are fulfilled from a UK fulfilment centre and typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary at busy periods, such as around sale events and public holidays.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
If something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact us at info@coziva.co.uk with your order number and we'll help put it right.
