Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, but errors can occur; if we discover an error we will let you know before dispatch and you may cancel. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
COZIVA products are plant-based insect repellent products intended for everyday outdoor use. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Always read the instructions and ingredients supplied with the product before use, carry out a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Seek professional advice if you experience an allergic reaction or if a bite becomes infected.
Your right to return or cancel an order is covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
